Does anyone remember what it felt like to hold hands with your crush for the first time? That tingling you got all through your body, and how your heart raced? I miss that. I miss getting that feeling. When satisfaction came from seeing the person, hugging the person, and if you got lucky, holding hands with that person. Now a hug is taken for granted, a kiss is overused, and sex is just sex. Or so it seems. I’m not saying it’s bad, I’m just saying I miss when holding hands was the first stage of a relationship. When the butterflies exploded with one simple graze of the hands while walking next to one another. Call me old fashioned. But I miss what we used to call “love”.
